Grievance Update

The grievance team meets monthly to review the current grievances and to write and process new ones. Currently, we have one over a consultant having too much access, safety of an employee, and multiple ones on staff meetings. The new language specifically limits the duty time beyond the 7.25 hour work day to 2 hours per month and ONLY for the purpose of a faculty meeting or in-service; NOT collaboration, grade level/dept. meetings or leadership.
